I'm Jessie, a recent college grad living in the heart of Dixie. I've always wanted to read the Bible at some point in my life. In fact, I almost did during my sophomore year of college, but alas, my motivation slipped, and the plan fell through the cracks. But now, at 23 years old, I think I'm ready to take this next step toward expanding my faith and my personal relationship with God. I've been blogging for quite some time now. I started my first blog in high school and have been blogging consistently, albeit changing platforms and writing styles, ever since. Expression through writing via blogging is one of my favorite creative outlets, so it was natural for me to blog about my experience with reading the Bible.
